TKS Landscape solutions does Landscape installs and remodels. Located in the west valley where Phoenix is growing the most. We are looking for someone to knock doors to set appointments and train to become a closer. Paid for each appointment set and a bonus if the appointment closes. Simple approach that anyone can learn.

TKS SOLUTIONS is a landscape company, servicing the west valley. Our goal is to reach new homeowners to provide new landscape packages for their new homes. Areas including Peoria, Wittmann, Surprise, Waddell, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Buckeye and Estrella Mtn. and looking to expand. We are professional, innovative, agile and our goal is to reach new homeowners to provide new landscape packages for their new homes..

• TKS Solutions is offering career opportunities for Professional Sales Development Representatives to work with a strong team, focused on career and personal goals, meeting with consumers who are seeking new landscaping for their new home.
• We are seeking those who are passionate salespersons, desiring set new monthly financial and personal growth goals, competitive go-getters, people persons, and relationship builders. This is also a place where you can be yourself and enjoy what you do, while earning a reward.
• In most all cases the homeowner is excited to let you know what it is that they are looking for and it makes the landscape design process very quick and easy. When they have questions you can provide solutions to their new landscape wants, desires and goals for their new home.
• Successful candidates for the position are those ambitious, driven, goal setters with an aptitude to multitask, problem solve, build rapport quickly, and build that relationship with the client.

• *Responsibilities:
• Visiting new home communities
• Meeting with the realtors and homeowners
• Door to door sales
• Complete a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily: 150+ per day.
• Communicate with prospective clients via phone calls and emails
• Follow up on warm leads
• Manage a pipeline of potential TKS Solutions prospects looking for landscape solutions
• Advise prospective consumers on landscape products while providing solution-based sales
• Set expectations and create urgency with prospective clients
• Setting goals to create a 10X income

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peoria, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Door-to-door: 1 year (Preferred)
